We offer 30 days from delivery to exchange and/or return a product. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist you and provide an exchange or returns receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Prior to sending back the product, ensure we are notified first. In the returns process any shipping costs which are incurred by the customer are not the responsibility of CoCreations. Once the product is shipped please provide us with the tracking number.
If the product arrives to you damaged please notify us within 7 days of accepting the delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If no issues are present, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days of receipt of the returned item.
Exchanges may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to exchange an item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
